VACANCY FOR SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT

 

8:30am – 1:15pm Monday to Friday (23 hours 45 minutes)

 

Grade BANES 2 SCP4 £23,114 p.a. pro rata.

 

This post is temporary subject to funding and will come to an end when the funding ceases or the child leaves the school. They are term time only plus 2 INSET days.

 

We wish to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic, committed and caring team of staff with effect from 1 September 2024 (or earlier if possible). This role will provide 1:1 support to a child with Autism who is currently in Reception, under the direction of the class teacher and the SENDCo. 

 

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children, as well as being enthusiastic and flexible.  In addition, they should be a genuine team player, and prepared to 'go the extra mile'.
